Policies

During the Summer Tanglewood season there is a three or four night minimum stay required on weekends. (Thursday to Sunday). A two or three night minimum stay is required for fall foliage and holiday weekends.

Rooms will be held only if guaranteed with a major credit card. A 50% deposit by check is required for stays of two or more nights.  A full deposit is required for one night stays.  Deposit checks must be received within 7 days of making your reservation.

Cancellations must be received more than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a guaranteed refund less a 15% processing fee based on the total cost of the entire reservation. Cancellations received within 14 days of scheduled arrival date are non-refundable. Late arrivals and departures previous to length of time reserved will be charged in full for balance of reserved period.

  • We are unable to accommodate pets or children under 12.

  • There is a strict no-smoking policy.

  • We are handicap accessible.

  • Check-in ... 2:00 pm

  • Check-out ... 11:00 am

Directions

From the south and New York city:

Take Taconic Parkway to Hillsdale, NY.  Take right on Route 23 east to Great Barrington, MA. Take left on route 7 north to Lenox.  Take left on route 7A (Kemble St.) to the top of the hill.  The inn is on the left at the intersection of route 7A and 183.

From Mass Pike, east or west:

Take exit 2 for Lee off Mass Pike.  Take a right on Route 20.  Drive north through town of Lee on route 20 to traffic lights at Route 183 (Walker St.) intersection.  Take a left onto Walker St.  Go approximately 1 mile to Trinity Church (the gray stone church on left.)  Take a left at the corner onto Kemble St.  The inn is on your right.
