Originally built in 1881 by President Chester Arthur's Secretary of State, Frederick T. Frelinghuysen, the building has since graced the town of Lenox, MA with its stately grandeur. This one time "Berkshire Cottage" has been renovated and converted into a luxurious bed and breakfast inn.
Enter the inn to find a large welcoming foyer and experience the elegance of a bygone era. Venture further in to find the breakfast room overlooking breathtaking mountain views. The large back porch is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Massachusetts view.
Situated on 3 acres in the center of historic Lenox Village, MA, the inn features 14
romantic guest rooms. All accommodations have private baths, telephone, color television and central air conditioning. Some rooms have marble fireplaces and Jacuzzis.
A continental breakfast is provided.
